Print selected Outlook emails in one go.
Select up to 100 messages, click Print Selected, and send the whole batch to one print dialog. Each email starts on a clean new page.
For New Outlook on Windows and Outlook on the web.
Printing email shouldn't be a one-at-a-time job.
Opening, printing, and closing every message turns a simple batch into repetitive work. Quick Print gives New Outlook users the multi-email print workflow they expect.
